Strap Guide – The Rolex Submariner 14060
Welcome to the Bulang and Sons Strap Guide. Our aim is to showcase some of our most popular straps on a range of iconic watches so you can see how the different combinations work.
The First Sapphire No Date Sub
The Rolex No Date Submariner is one of the coolest, timeless and longest running watches from the venerable Swiss watchmaker. First launched in the early 1950s, it is still as popular now with long waiting lists! The 14060 was the first No Date Sub to be fitted with a sapphire glass and featured a new unidirectional bezel.
We’ve curated our favorite looks for this iconic watch and have a range of both two piece and nato-style straps for you to choose from. Please note that with modern sports Rolex we advise you to take out the spring bars, place the strap in position on the strap and then reinstall the bars to ensure that no scratches occur on the leather. The gap between the spring bars and case is much narrower than on a vintage watch and so installing the nato-style straps has to be done in this way. We cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs when changing the strap. Straps that are damaged by incorrect installation cannot be returned to us.
