At Bulang and Sons, our story begins with Bernhard Bulang, a passionate collector of some of the most unique and collectible watches in the world. What started as a personal hobby, featuring iconic pieces like the Paul Newman Daytona’s, Big Crowns, Comex, and Mil Subs, evolved into an influential position within the world of vintage watches. Bernhard co-organized/hosted the renowned Passion Meetings, where collectors from around the globe gathered to share their love for watches.

Although Bernhard initially never intended to become a watch dealer, the impact of his blog and his presence on various forums under the name "Bullibeer" opened unexpected doors. His eye for quality and passion for vintage watches led to a successful transition from collector to seller, always maintaining the core mission of sharing the best watches with others.

A significant chapter in our story was written with the arrival of his son, Berend Bulang, five years ago. From a young age, Berend was immersed in the passion for watches, growing up surrounded by the most extraordinary timepieces and top collectors worldwide. This unique environment not only inspired him but also ignited his knowledge and enthusiasm for watches. The rich history and infectious passion he inherited from his father blossomed into profound expertise in unique and collectible watches. It was no surprise that Berend chose to join the family business, and since then, he has elevated it to new heights. 

As an expert in sourcing dream watches for collectors every day, he searches for the extraordinary and rare pieces that complete a collection. With his keen eye for quality and his deep appreciation for unique timepieces, he has successfully contributed in building stunning collections and achieving record prices for unique and sought after watches at renowned auction houses.
