When the full set is Maxi…

The Mk1 Maxi has always been something of a signature for us here at Bulang and Sons. And it doesn’t get much better than a full set example – this is what collectors really dream of…and the condition? Its stunning. Its not easy to find quality like this now.
The dial is perfect with the characteristic oversized hour plots that have turned a pleasing beige colour, which is a nice match with the tritium hands.The hands glow up just a few seconds when hit with strong UV light , and are tritium. Pearl is a later luminova. The case is super fat and the bezel has faded nicely to a blue/grey matte hue.
The bracelet is a 93150 flip-lock in good condition, with a clasp stamped ‘V C’ and 580 endlinks. The set is made up of the watch, inner and outer boxes, US punched papers (showing it was sold in 1979) and hangtag.
The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
